Shipping policy

Domestic:

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, however, please allow for more time during the holidays. We use standard ground shipping from New York and once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to confirm their order and tracking information. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process the order.

International:

Orders are processed within 2-3 days, however please allow for more time during the holidays. Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days and customers will be emailed the tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Duties and taxes are not included in purchases and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for them upon receipt of goods. We cannot guarantee the total of these fees as it varies country to country. We are unable to refund shipping costs if packages are rejected due to a customer’s failure to pay duties and taxes.
